Whart is the Error No: 678. In Win2000

Hi,

I am trying to connect my PC to the internet by using the DSL Connection. I already checked the Network-card and TCP/IP Configration. But when i am connectiong the internet i am getting the error

678: There was no answer.

Please anyone can tell me what is the meaning of that, and what should i check.

So baically your configuration is not correct . is the number correct.

I am connecting via DSL Modem. I thing i don't have to give any number. The Connecting software from ISP is doing all the setting. I am going to see link which you gave.

I reinstalled my win2000. Now i am getting the error 619.
