wfshell.exe error on citrix server

Faulting application wfshell.exe, version 2.3.40000.1, faulting module HPBF322E.DLL, version 4.3.2.192, fault address 0x00117f30.

Has anyone came across this error? I would appreciate any help.

This is from the event log. I copied and pasted the error from the event log.

you are using auto printers -

use citrix universal. if you cant then try to avoid pcl6
