Weird problem with ACDN

Hello,

I am haveing a weird problem with an ACDN. All DNs with an NCOS of 1 or 0 should be restricted from dial external. They could have dialed an ACDN that i recently made. Now for some reason when DNs with a NCOS of 1 or 0 try to dial the ACDN 5571 they get a busy tone.
Any advice on how i can keep DNs restricted form external calls, recieve DID calls but be able to dial the number in the ACDN.

Did you change something?
 
I havent made any changes that should cause this, only name changes, restrict an extension, move a DN.
With this issue i'm not sure what to start looking at.
 
first, is the ACD queue in question open with agents logged in to accept calls?
second, can the ACDN be dialed from any extension successfully?

If, in the past, you could dial this ACDN then something has changed.

If your BARS is set up correctly, then restricting stations from dialing externally is a simple change to the appropriate NCOS. The station would still be able to receive DID calls and dial internal extensions including ACDNs.

Did this work prior to you "restricting an extension"?

What type of PBX do you have and what is your software level?
 
Only recently i am noticoing this problem, Before i could dial the ACDN with issue regardless of NCOS restriction level. I am sure something has chnaged because i have extension that were restricted from dialing out internationally and not they can make international calls.
The PBX is CS1000E software 5.5
 
ok - how familiar are you with BARS programming?

Let's start simple; go into LD 90 and print a local NXX ; also in LD 90 print the SPN of 011
Then go into LD 86 and print the corresponding RLI from both of the above
Go into LD 87 and print the NCTL using range 0 to 7
post all here so we can take a look
 
sorry for the later respone,

The PBX uses SPN, SPN for 011 is route 209 and has an rli of 4
NCOS 0 - 7 all matches
0-0
1-1
2-2
3-3
4-4
5-5

i notices however that the RLI 1 has a FRL 2, while all others match.
 
Can anyone dial the ACD? NARS/BARS should have anything to do with dialing internally.
 
Extension with a NCOS of 2 or lower can't dial an ACDN
NCOS of 3 or higher can.
 
sorry I meant not have anything to do with internal. Ok now I'm at a loss
 
Just thought of something. Does your ACD point to an outside number? If so then the phone NCOS will be affected.
 
yeah, the ACDN 5564 actually forwards the call to an external number NCFW 9XXXXXXX. This worked until recently with the NCOS of the extension set to 1 and TGAR set to 3. The extension 5560 should be fully restricted and able to recieve DID calls when the CLS change to do this is set the extension is unable to recieve DID calls.
