Weird one from storm possibly?

Had major storms last night, now a customer with an MICS 7.0 has half their phones down, and when I call in and check the port it says deprovisoned (yes it is a STATION port not a line port) Other ports one same card are fine and say enabled and m7310 for them but the ones affected say deprovsioned? WTH is going on there?

If a reboot dosent work the ports may of been taken out by lighting.

product, the line protector, we had a client with similar situation, solved that problem, of course with a true on line or smart UPS.
