weird medpro problem

hello all!

i'm having a weird medpro issue where i am intermittently getting a no audio condition. there's no alarms against the board and the network seems fine. when i do a 'status media-processor' this is what i get

you might notice that i'm missing dsp 2 4 6 and 8. has anyone seen this before?

Where is DSP 2, 4, 6, and 8?

threw another medpro in and it comes up the same way. i'm wondering if this is something specific to s8400
