weird issues with group boxes on SCN....

I have never seen this issue before.. I have a customer with Centralized VM Pro. Several SCN locations. The phones are 9508 and 9608 telephones. One extension where I have assigned a group mailbox as a trusted source number, the boxe will show up on the phone, but will display a message count 0/0/0. If you select the group box, it will show 2 new messages, but you cannot play them. Never seen anything like this. My first thought was there was something corrupt of the VM and I can take it up a version?? or perhaps the mailbox is corrupt but I tried several group boxes. ? It is VM Pro 9.1
 
update.... if I assign access to a telephone that on the local control unit of the Voice Mail. It will light the lamp and the person sees the messages, but it will prompt them to enter a password. This might have something to do with that individual NOT being assigned to the group itself???

 
Trusted source V numbers are for a users access to their own mailbox.

H numbers are for messages waiting notification/visual voice access to a group mailbox.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
 
Yes that is how they are programmed, they just don't seem to be acting normally. I did an upgrade on the VM last night, maybe that will fix it.
