I have never seen this issue before.. I have a customer with Centralized VM Pro. Several SCN locations. The phones are 9508 and 9608 telephones. One extension where I have assigned a group mailbox as a trusted source number, the boxe will show up on the phone, but will display a message count 0/0/0. If you select the group box, it will show 2 new messages, but you cannot play them. Never seen anything like this. My first thought was there was something corrupt of the VM and I can take it up a version?? or perhaps the mailbox is corrupt but I tried several group boxes. ? It is VM Pro 9.1
