Weird issue

Hi all!! Have a customer with R9 and when a call comes in it rings normally and there is what sounds like a single touch tone at the end of every ring cycle. It is lower in volume than the regular incoming ring and happens on all calls/ phones. Power cycled and reseated all modules.
Anyone ever had this issue.

is that heard on the callers end or on the ringing phones?

I bet on the callers side, the calls are ringing straight in or are going through auto attendant and are transferred?

Westi- All calls ring to a group. That tone right at the end of the ring cycle is not heard on internal station to station calls. I am going to have the customer try calling the group and see if they hear the tone.

Sounds like Line Appearance buttons with abbreviated ring enabled.

try another trunk card. take another ksu and try it on the same lines.
