I've created a DTS that was working great but since last thursday it is creating weird characters non ascii and don't know why, any idea?

Tks

I would suggest the bad data is probably in your input file or tables. I have found that these characters get in the database easily if someone imports data that was ever in an Outlook address book.

Are you importing or exporting?

I'm exporting to a txt file and never importing data to the source files

Most likely someone inserted those characters into the tables you are pulling the data from. Check them first for the characters you are seeing.
