Weird Callpilot issue 1

Can anybody tell me why when calling inbound on a DID that if unanswered FDN's to callpilot (like it should) and then plays a greeting from a totally different DN. When that particular greeting finishes playing, theres no beep to indicate to you to start recording, and after a few seconds the actual greeting that should of played in the first place comes on. Weird problem.

I would do a search in Call Pilot user's to see if the DN you are calling might possibly be an extension DN of another mailbox. But that is a pretty strange one.

If it is all mailboxes, sounds like someone recorded a system greeting.
