Weird call transfer stuff 1

Howdy folks! Hope y'all are having a wonderful day! I've been having a weird thing happen to one certain person's phone. She will receive a call, and the display will show "9378-9324-B". I'm pretty sure extension 9324 is the number being dialed, but for some reason the call is being forwarded to 9378 erroneously, and what is the "B" about? I'd sure appreciate any feedback, thanks for reading!

One phone hunted to the other. "B" is for "Busy" and is the defaut reason mnemonic set in LD 95 CPND RESN.

Below is the configuration of the phone forwarding. It's actually forwarding from its extension, 9324, to its 13 key extension, 3157, I was wrong earlier about 9378, that was the extension calling 9324 in the first place. It's showing 9324-3157 "B" on the display of the destination phone, x3157. Any idea why it's forwarding to 3157?

Not sure but maybe we need to see the whole picture.
Can you print the DNB for both 9324 and 3157 and all the TNs?
Also, is MARP activated?
