any work around or solution would be appreciated

regarding of other suggestion , itried it with no success

so iwas format AW and install it again

regards

before you do that, worth doing the same for GeoTelGroup

thanks for your reply, but when igo to active directlu user and computer ididnt find group with name GEOTEL to add user to be a memebr to this group, why should ichecked geotel group while idont have created group in active directly

regards

you don't do that on Active Directory, you do that via SQL Enterprise Manager.
GeoTel is the company that originally created ICM, therefore, you'd get that for every install of ICM.

thanks for your quick reply.

igot you point well.in details what the table that should i give (geotel admin and geotel group) access permition if iwant get the following report from service:

entsvc11: Tasks Analysis of Enterprise Services Daily
Table of task count daily totals, queue delay time daily totals, and service level daily averages.

regards

you'd be able to find the tables in question by clicking on Help on the top right corner of Webview. For the report you had above, the tables in question are:

Enterprise_Service
Enterprise_Service_Member
Service_Half_Hour

Thanks vampirej for your support.

itried to followed your steps but ifound under(AWDB- viewenterprise service,Enterprise_Service_Member
and Service_Half_Hour geotel admin and geotel group is checked what is not checked is(unitysdipcc\unity_unity_service and unitysdipcc\unity_unity_config

regards

okay, are these users added via Configuration Manager, or via SQL? If added in Config Manager, did you have the Webview box ticked against these users? Try creating a new user with Config Manager, tick all the boxes in there and try again with that user.

Thanks for your help.this user is created via configuration manger- list tool-user list and all field are checked include webview but this user can able to get any report except service report such as enerprise report and this use have all permission from AD such as (webview config, webview service,,,,,etc)

Thanks

okay, go back to SQL Enterprise Manager, see the difference between the tables in questions:

Enterprise_Service
Enterprise_Service_Member
Service_Half_Hour

and the other ones, like Call_Type_Half_Hour (if the same user can run the report for CT Half Hour).

Hi

for difference between above table ihave prepared small table explained each table with the selected permission

sorry itried to upload the attached with no succed tell me how can i upload it????

regards

i checked the permission for the (enterprise_service-----enterprise service member and service half hour) i found that (Geotel admin and geotel group) are selected but when itried to open- view -return all rows no data found for (enterprise_service and enterprise service member) while data was found for service -half-hour.

Iread the below doc regarding to this issue that no data has been pulled from Logger to HDS

(((((In Release 7.0, ‘AllowAdminLogin’ is ignored. To log in to WebView, an administrator account needs to be granted access to WebView as any other user. That is, the administrator must be in an appropriate WebView group in Active Directory.
Event
Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems, Inc.\ICM\<instance>\Distributor\RealTimeDistributor\CurrentVersion\Logger\CurrentVersion\HistoricalData\Event
Name: Event
Data Type: DWORD
Acceptable Values: [0 | 1]
Purpose: Enables/Disables event replication from the logger to the HDS. 0 is disable, 1 is enable. If Event replication is disabled, then no events will appear in Event Viewer. 0 is the default .NoteThe registry key is only valid on the Admin Workstation, regardless of whether WebView is installed on the Admin Workstation. The key indicated to the AW whether it should pull event data from the logger database into the historical database, which is what WebView eventually reports on.
