Until today, when I launched Websphere, a pop up window appeared asking for a directory to work from. Today this window was bypassed and Websphere opens up to an empty web perspective. I can't access any of my projects. How can I get this pop up window back or how can I point to a directory that has my projects?

Thanks.....

I figured this out. Went to DOS command prompt. Went to C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere Studio\Application Developer\v5.1.1 directory.

executed following:

WSAPPDEV -SETWORKSPACE

There's another way if you don't want to mess around on the command prompt:

Create a shortcut to WSAD (wsappdev.exe)and use the -data flag. For example, the TARGET for one of my desktop shortcuts is:

"C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere Studio\Application Developer\v5.1.2\wsappdev.exe" -data C:\project\Tech\WSAD_work\basic_web\workspace

I am lazy so I use these often.
