Websphere 5.1.2 deployment help needed

We currently develop our Websphere Applications on Windows NT desktops and deploy to Unix Servers using XMLConfig files. In Websphere 5, it seems IBM has removed the XMLConfig Utility. Most of the best practice articles I have read make use of XMLConfig. I need to deploy both server configuration settings and applications between platforms. Does anyone have suggestions/techniques on deploying Websphere 5 configurations between Windows and Unix (Solaris)?

I believe you are looking for XMLAccess.

The XMLAccess program is for Websphere Portal Server, I am using Websphere Application Server.
