WebSphere 4.0.1 Admin Server Start up error

Hi,
I am trying to start up the WebSphere Admin Server (4.0.1) and I get an error 1035 and it does not start up.Any ideas as to why this might be happenning ?
OS Windows 2000
Database DB2 7.2
Web Server HTTP

Hi,

I am not able to start WS Admin Service alone for Websphere 3.5.4 on Win 2000 , it says Error 10 , any work arounds?
