Hello,

I have a question regarding people's experiences with Mas 90 website integration products. I am not interested in using E-Business because it would be too difficult to recreate all of the very specific style requirements our website has. Ideally what I would like to have is a SQL database on our website with a replication of key customer data (including new orders) that will be synchronized with our Mas 90 server at our corporate office. The reason is that if the link to Mas 90 every went down the customers, both consumer and vendor, would be able to access their history. In addition, having the database be SQL would allow our web site developers to easily integrate the data into our existing website. Does anyone have any experiance or could recommend a product that could accomplish this? Thank you in advance!

DSD has a product that will transfer MAS data into a SQL database. Ask you reseller to get information.

Thank you, I looked into that but it is a one-way sync not bi-directional so that wouldn't work for use. In-Sync seems to be the best solution so far and I talked with them and they seemed to have a good handle on that so I think that will work out the best. Thank you though!

Hi Adam,

What version of MAS are you on?
We are considering in-sync for wms integration as possibly web integration. Have you purchased/ installed it? What is your opinion on this product?

Hello,

I talked to all of the relevant parties involved and while they might be good for some, I am just going to write my own. I can't justify paying large amounts of money for a glorified import/export program. That being said most people wouldn't go this route and the people at In-sync seemed very nice and their software seemed more than capable. I am just writing it using .Net and the BOI interface. Per example, create a web service on your server to pull out the data and return it as an XML file and then parse that XML on a Service running on the Mas 90 server and enter it into the system. Fairly easy, so I am going to work on that and also for FedEx integration.
