I am currently setting up an internal website for my division with a link which people can click to email all members of the division. I have set the link up on the page fine and it works OK in Outlook Express. However, we all use Microsoft Outlook 2000 and when i click on the webpage link with Outlook 2000 as my default mail client it only puts the first two lines of addresses in the to: field (about 7 names out of the 60 there should be.) Does anyone know why this is? How can i make it so that the full list appears in the to: field. I assume it is an Outlook problem seeing as Outlook Express works fine.

Thanks

Paul

Hi Paul!

Maybe all addresses must be in one line (in your code)? Maybe Outlook can proceed only first line? Try to put it in one line. Good Luck! :)
