WebService or ActiveXDll - VB6? 1

Hi,

Ive been searching a lot for information about Webservices and discovered that there are none examples for VB6.

Isn´t there a way to create a webservice in VB or is it the same as an ActiveXDll???

Im sorry but i dont get this with webservices and all talk about .NET, there must be a way to create thing without .NET?!!!

Could anyone just give me a small slapp about webservices, how to create one and to what meaning...

Search for the Microsoft SOAP toolkit for VB6.

SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) is the original name for WebServices.
