Weblogic 6.1 Can't start server!!

I'm a Chinese.And I'm new for Weblogic.Yesterday when I wanted to start myserver I found it didn't work.In the screen there was an message.

I am getting the following error :

<Error> <NodeManager> <Could not start server 'MyServer' via Node Manager - reason: 'Target machine configuration not found'.
For details on how to 'start' server 'MyServer', see the section on 'The NodeManager' in 'The BEA WebLogic Server Administration Guide'>

Please help me.

If in Unix find the file startWebLogic.sh
and run it > ./startWebLogic.sh
