I have been trying to setup a test environment for BO & WebIntelligence and have encoutered a bit of a problem.

When trying to access the WebIntelligence administrator frame I get a "Can't Connect To Cluster" error message after supplying the administrator user id & password.

Web-I & IIS both reside on the same server.

Can anyone tell me what the problem may be?

WEBi,
Are you certain that you have a working domain account as the BO Admin? To check for certain, look for a file in your BO/server directory called servconf.exe. Run it and test the account information provided there. Let us know.

Good luck,

Thanks for that. I think it was a problem with the account set up. When the application was first installed, I hda to enter the domain & admin. id manually as the set-up seemed to fail to browse.

What I did was then re-install the application and on the second occassion, the domain & login were picked up by using the browse option.

Its all working fine now. Thanks for taking the time to post a reply.
