Cn anyone tell me if there is an easy way to copy the SQL for a WEBI document. I can view the sql but I am unable to do a select all, copy and paste to a text editor

Hi Tunjio,
When you are viewing the SQL simply drag the mouse over the SQL text and hit CTRL+C. This can now be pasted into whatever SQL tool you are using.

Cheers

Hello,

I tried this but for some reason the text does not get copied when I do a ctrl + C and paste into my editor.

Have you tried it and it worked for you?

I just tried this on 6.5.1 and it works fine.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for your reply. I am on version 2.1.6 and this probably explains why I am unable to copy and paste QL from the SQL window

I believe that is the case. The Java panel in 2.6 was very different.
