WebDAV 404 errors in IIS log

I am getting the following entry in the IIS log of my Intranet Server every few seconds:
2003-08-29 15:06:29 10.4.4.7 - 10.1.5.33 80 - - - 404 Microsoft-WebDAV-MiniRedir/5.1.2600

Could there be some type of program/virus running on the client machine (10.4.4.7) that is scanning my IIS 5 Server?

Symantec Anti-Virus scans come up clean.
