Hi All,

Just to check if someone experience the web control 7071 is not accessible via browser? I already rebuilt the application server but no luck.

I can access the web manager 7070 without issues.

We are on R11.1 SP2. Only VMpro is running on the application server.

Any idea?

When you say "not accessible", are you getting a 404 or a login issue or some other error?

Can you ssh onto the application server? If so enter
service webcontrol status

And if it's stopped then do
service webcontrol start

Or if it is running then,
service webcontrol restart

if you still cannot access then a restart of the apache-tomcat service may be needed,
service apache-tomcat restart

If this doesn't resolve it then reply with an image of what you get when accessing it.

I tried restarting the webcontrol and apache-tomcat but no luck.

There is no error, it is just stuck in loading the web interface.

Try a different browser….
I have had issues like that and using Mozilla worked.

Tried using firefox but no luck.

VMpro from system status appears to NONE also. Password is set from security settings of IP office and also from VMpro cleint.

https?

Have you tried the :7070 page, and then selecting the 3 horizontal lines icon to the right of the Primary's name, and then Platform View
