Hi Guys

I need your help on this,
I have this emergency calling button from Webb electronic that I need to setup with an analog line type 500. when a person press the button, I want a TN to dial multiple extension number at once, and if one person on the other side answer, the TN goes to voicemail or play a message. do you think is possible ? I have tried intercom group option by doing this

When I press the button, I got busy tone!

I would build a 500 tn as a hotline to a dn. I have never heard of it being done your way for a call box

maybe you need a pickup group, bunch of phones ring, anybody can answer,

but i would go simple with it, and just make an MCR key on a bunch of phones then.....

How would you do that, can you please give me an example ?
The reason for this, we don't want people to be talking over the emergency box, we want them to get the message and walk over to their location.

MCR is a good idea but how would you trigger the voicemail or play a message when the person on the other side pick up the call ?
