WebApp: Error 404 (File: wa_request.c) Web-application not yet deploye

hi,

I have a problem with tomcat/apache configuration.
I can't access my test directory. The error is :

WebApp: Error 404
(File: wa_request.c Line: 205)
Web-application not yet deployed
What can i do to correct this ?

I probably lack experience/knowledge on the operating system you are using. But, it would be helpful to me and to someone more knowledgeable than I, if you gave more information about things like operating system, which version of Tomcat, and what you have done to create your application etc.

I will take stab in the dark because you said you had a 404 error code. From this I conclude that you have Tomcat running successfully. Only thing I can think to suggest is that you make sure under you application directory that there is an /WEB-INF directory and a copy of a valid "web.xml" file in that directory (restart server). Tomcat will not allow any requests to files in your app directory if /WEB-INF/web.xml does not exist.
