WebAcess 'Conversation timed out"

I have increased the web access timeout to 60 minutes, but my users are still complaining that it constantly disconnects then (under the set amount) and they have to constantly be re-log in.
 
what web server are you running.

we were running netscape server for a long time no issues. We upgraded to groupwise 6.5 and all of a sudden we had time out problems under the time out value,etc.

We opened a call with novell and basically ended up upgrading out webaccess web server to netware 6.0 with apache. this solved our issues with the time outs.

novell basically said they no longer support netscape server and if it were apache they could resolve it.

 
Which web browser are your users using? Is it Earthlink or AOL? Those browsers don't play well with WebAccess. If so, try using IE6.
