Webaccess says "Mailbox Unavailable"

We are using Novell 6.0 with webaccess and when I try to login to my email from home I get a "Mailbox Unavailable" message. I have looked at the webaccess settings but don't see why. The server has been reset recently and hasn't cured the problem. It is not a global problem but unique to my account. Any help would be appreciated.

reset servers - will not help - novell servers dont need rebooted - just leave them on. check your groupwise account. remember it's case sensitive. when you try to login look at the log on the poa
 
Don't overlook the obvious... You must have a password on that account to Webaccess it...
 
I'll check the POA logs. The passwaord is correct as it is the same one as my Groupwise.
