Web tool for quering sql statements

Hello all.

I have a big DB (8.1.7) which contains multiple schemas.
I don`t want to open the ports needed fo Oracle SQLNET in the Firewall but I nned to allow a group of users to perform SQL statements and get their results.
I am looking for any web solution.
The solution I am looking for must also handle "groups" of schemas so that when a user wants to performs any SQL statement overr a group of schemas - he wil be abke to do so.
It is preffered that the solution will include an option to load the statements from a file.

Does anyone knows about a tool like that? I realy don`t have time for programming such a solution.

Business Objects does a whole lot more than that, but it does do all you ask. admittedly it it is not the focus of the tool.
