We are currently hosting a website for a client at However, the client would like to be able to access the website by simply typing curvemakers.com into the address bar. As an IIS newbie, I have no idea how to do this. I have tried playing around with entries in the DNS, but was unsuccessful. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem? It seems like it should be simple.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Mike

You need to add a record in DNS for the domain name. In my hosting companies DNS server my records look like this.
Code:
mrdenny.com. IN A	66.118.156.162
[URL unfurl="true"]www.mrdenny.com.[/URL]	IN A	66.118.156.162
If you are using host headers on the IIS server you'll need to add a host header into the web in IIS so that IIS knows where to send curvemakers.com requests.
