Web Self Admin Recordings R10.1 1

Hi
I am having trouble with the Web Self Admin page and accessing the recording tab, I can access the user self admin page and use all the other features apart from access the recordings tab, it doesn't appear. I have enabled media manager replay for all recordings and download but the tab doesn't appear... IPO 500 V2 R10.1 Ive tried different browsers(IE, Firefox, Chrome) all the same result...
Any thoughts??

Procedure
Log on to the Web Manager interface of the Application server.
Click Preferences.
In the IP Office IP Address field, type the IP address of the IP500 V2 server.
Click Update.
IP Office Media Manager fetches license and user information from IP500 V2 server.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

That is because it is not part of the self Admin tool.
You maybe need voicemail webaccess.

Hello,

It's a different url to normal self-admin for the recordings, for example;

https://192.168.42.1:8443/WebMgmtEE/selfadmin.html

might be used for IPO seld-admin

https://192.168.42.10:7070/WebManagement/selfadmin.html

might be used for app server self-admin

For IPO500 the users will use a url to the IPO for normal self admin, but the recordings are accessed via the app server, so the user should use a url to the app server self-admin instead. The url is slightly different too, it's not just the different IP/name.
