Web Reporter Not Working

Version 8. We have installed the Web Component Server and Page Server. Have been using successfully for several months. Starting just recently, if a client references a report and installs the Active X component and tries to receive a report, it just displays "Done" at the bottom of the page and it's blank - there's no report. This has happened on 2 workstations.

Any ideas??

Did you find a solution to this problem ?

I had some web reports that were working just fine for me and then ,all of a sudden, I just started seeing the "done" with no results.

Would appreciate any solutions you might have found..

Ken and Tom,

Did you find an answer to your dilemma? This sounds similar to the problem I have had with the Crystal Java Viewer that comes with the Magic Total Service Desk software. If you view more than one report in a session, the viewer comes up blank starting with the second report, with "done" in the status bar. Tech support suggested to maximize the viewer window, which will display the report. Apparently it is a known issue with CR8, but I do not have the specific reference from CrystalDecisions.com - sorry.
