WEB Report does not display on I.E 4.0

I have created a framed web page that on one side has parameters that I am passing into the report...

Now everything works great in I.E 5.0, but when I try to bring up the report in the main frame in I.E 4.0 the report does not show. The page loads, but I just get a white screen. I am currently using the Java Viewer to view these reports. Any suggestions?

I don't have an answer for you today. However, I'm interested in using Crystal 7 to perform Web Reporting, do you have a recommended approach?
