Hi,

Anyone run into the following web portal issue with release 5.0 on the Nortel WSS2380? I have the latest release running but it is only possible to present the default Nortel web portal page instead of preffering one. I can see they made some changes regarding the web portal. In the former release (4.1.13) it ran fine with this setup but after upgrading problems occured. The logging says ' unable to create web page because of missing action="" whenever a web browser is opened. It seems that the new release changes the forms in this web page which probably isn't done correctly. Also when creating a new web page it would return the given message. Even when preffering to an exact copy of the Nortel default page doesn't workl. We rebooted the WSS also to exclude a possible reload of this page but without results. If anyone also experienced this issue please let me know (your solution).

Regards

FYI,

After raising a case, is happend to be a bug in the new release. A change needs to be made in the htm file regarding the url (as a workaround).

Regards

Hello I am seeing the same issue in 5.0. If possible could you provide the work around you obtained?

Thanks

delete the url after 'action=' and set " on the following descriptions > form name, method and action.

like this:

form name="weblogin" method="post" action=""

once you've saved the web page it should work fine again.
good luck
