Hope someone can help with this.
We are running an Intranet off a Windows 2000 server box. When some clicks on a link (say a PDF contact details page) it shows up no problem. If this PDF is replaced with an updated version (same file name) then the user doesn't see this new version (only old version) until they clear all of their temporary files and reload their browser.
Is there a way to avoid this at all as people often forget to do this and print off old versions..
