Web Page Will Not Load...

I have just started to setup a web page on my radio station server at home. I believe I have everything setup correctly on my router and in my TCP/IP configurations. When I type in my domain name on a computer with in the network my web page loads, but it will not load form a computer from out side of my network. I checked the error log for Apache but I did not see anything that looked wrong. When I try to load the page from outside of the network it tries to load for a long time be for timing out with the message...
"The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings."
If you would like to try it too the URL is KD-Radio.com...
Anyone know what might be setup wrong or thing I can try to trouble shot my problem?

Check your DNS from outside the network to see if the domain is pointing to the correct place.

I use my DNS to connect to my radio station (on the same PC) using that URL. So I know that has to be right, the only difference is that the web page is using port 80 and the radio station is using port 8080. Anything else that i can check?

Apache is listening to port 80, my radio is on port 8080.

2. How do you connect from inside the network - by domain name or by IP address? If by IP address are you using an internal IP address or your public IP address?
I can connect from inside the network three different ways:
a) By the PC's IP address.
b) By the Modem(public) IP address.
c) By the domain name.

3. How do you connect from outside the network - by domain name or by public IP address?
I can not connect to my web site from out side of my network no matter what I try, it keeps timing out.

4. Where is and who configured your DNS server?
I got my DNS name (

http://WWW.KD-Radio.com)

though

http://www.GoDaddy.com,

and I set it up.

Please let me know if you need any more information to help, or if i did not answer a question correctly...

Well, DNS seems to reslove OK

From here, you seem to have port 8080 open, but nothing there, while port 80 appears to be closed. What hardware is between the server and the public IP address? Also what is the reasoning to have apache listening on port 80, but opening 8080 on the public interface? Have you set any port forwarding on the modem/router device?

I have a linksys router and i have port 80 forward to the server with Apache and i have the HTTP UpNP enabled and pointing to my server. My radio is being broadcast out though port 8080 that's why that port is open.

OK, now I'm starting to catch on. So the radio brodcast is something else - not related to this apache discussion. And external TCP port 80 is forwarded to the internal IP address of the apache server using the router. So far, so good. Is there a firewall running on the server?

Nope no firewalls... but I have never used Apache before and have no idea if it is set up correctly. Should I post my configuration file?

If it works correctly from inside your network, then it's set up correctly. Somehow the problem is between your internal network and the public internet.
