Web Manager won't load on 9.1 1

So we're using 9.1.12 and when I try browsing to the Web Manager for my IP500V2, it just buffers forever but never brings up the login screen. This happens on all browser types and from any PC in our office. I tried uploading the System Files but I'm getting an error telling me that it can't find what looks like certain Web Management files. I tried re-installing the Manager again but the files still weren't there. Any way to get around this ?

it sounds to me like the files were not transferred to the SD Card when it was built

rebuild the SD card by putting it into an SD card reader & going file/advanced/Recreate SD card in manager

make sure the options to send VM & Web files are ticked & wait until manager tells you it has finished (approx 45 min)




Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
