Hello
I have been working on Panasonic for many years now. I am working on a NS700 I had to change the Installer password today but now we have now access to the system remotely or locally. The console is saying. Connection from the Internet is not allowed. I have never had this happen to me. If you entry the old password i get Invalid username or password. can anyone shed some light on this please.

Do you connect to the PBX from the local network? What protocol do you use http or https?

So I have been ably to login from both in the passed with a problem on HTTP. I can still get access to the Web Console on http.

You have to connect to your PBX through the local network using http protocol.
Then change the INSTALLER's password to something complex.
Your password must have at least (summary):
- 3 uppercase letters
- 3 lowercase letters
- 2 digits.

More of this:
- there must NOT be any consecutive characters such as "abc", "XYZ", "123" etc.;
- there must NOT be any two repeated symbols sush as two lowercase "o", or two uppercase "F" etc.
For example: "DoCtOr28" is OK, "DoCToR55" is NG (double lowercase "o", double "5", minimal length) .

The solution is to connect with the local network and change the password as indicated by ''Ired''
It is also necessary to check that the HTTPS access is correctly configured and change the TLS parameters as indicated in the attachment
