Web Interface for Metaframe Presentation Server

Greetings,

I am using the Web Interface for Metaframe Presentation Server to connect to my customer. I log onto their website successfully. When I select an application to run, I get the message "Error running the client". Their support desk doesn't know what is wrong, since this used to work a few weeks ago.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem?

I would re-install the client software. What client are you using to connect ?

Web Interface is not a client, you must be using java or web or 23-bit.

Greetings,

The fix was to uninstall the client, disassociate the file type ica with citrix in windows explorer, and reload citrix. It worked. I don't know why, but it worked.
