Crystal Reports XI+CR Server
I have found in the documentation for the universe designer the phrase
User creates a query in web intelligence; How do you access Web Intelligence? From where?

To my knowledge, WEBi is only available in BOE XI Professional or Premuim and cannot be accessed in CR Server. If you want to host more than one content type in your Environment (Like Crystal Reports and WEBi reports) you will have to upgrade to Premuim.
