Hi,

My name is kerri, I am new to tek-tips.
I have an access97 database that I need to web enabled so that users can access it using the browser. Do you have an instruction on how to set it up?

Thanks in advances for all your helps.

kerri

No can do. Unless you want to publish "Static" pages to the web.

If you move up to Access 2000, you've got data access pages to play with. There are wizards that'll help you create those. the best bet is 2000 in conjunction with Active Server Pages (ASP). This way, anyone with a web browser can have access to your Access DB.

A tool for dynamic database access thru a browser using ASP is genericdb - lots of helpful folks on the list for it too.
is where it can be downloaded, and also It is free to try and very reasonable to purchase if you want. "The more I learn the more I realize I do not know"
