My customer wants to use Web Communicator with the Chrome extension.

I have installed and configured a UC Module.
VM Pro and One-X services are active and operational per System Status

The following statement was copied from the Chrome Web Store, describing the required licenses.
Avaya Communicator for Web supports Avaya IP Office Preferred Edition, IP Office Server Edition, and IP Office Select release 9.1.2 or later.
Avaya one-X Portal is required, along with one of the following licenses - Mobile Worker, Office Worker, Teleworker, Power User.

If anyone has installed this application and wouldn't mind sharing a tip or two, it would be much appreciated.
The system has the following licenses loaded and active.
Main system software is R 11.0.4
PRI 16 channels active
R8+ Preferred Edition (VM Pro)
Office Worker (12)
Power User (2)
IP Endpoint (16)

NO responses? Can anyone assist? Do I have the correct licenses loaded?
