I have SCCS 4.2 and Web Client 4.0 (I think, it was the most recent version in September 2003). Our Web Client server will get into a state where changes made to an agent's supervisor assignment will not show up on the real-time display. Also, if you add a new user and go to Access and Partitions to add them to a partition, they're not in the list of agents to add. Only after a reboot do these problems get cleared up. It's like something happens and the web client server just stops communicating changes with the SCCS. My vendor has looked at this and told me to reboot the server when this happens, but I can't keep doing this all the time. Does anybody have a similar situation?

I'm not sure what your network config is but make sure to check your speed and duplex setting on your server network cards. If they are off (static opposed to auto-sense depending on your setup) it could be causing (network) errors that are causing your issues.

All of the servers and desktops in our network are 100mbps/Full duplex.
