We have Symposium 5 and Web Client 4.5. If the web client is used to report on real time displays the skillset and agent screens operate with no problem. However if a standard_apllication_display is attempted the screen hangs. It looks like it is going to load correctly but stops at the "loading data..." prompt. Not all PC's/laptops suffer from this but no known differences can be found.
Was advised when at a previous location where same problem existed that upgrading from SCCS3.0 and SWC4 to 5 and 4.5 would cure this isssue. This site was new install at 5 & 4.5 but problem exists here also. - Any ideas?
