Web Browser just stopped working??? CM3

Hi,

I'm on an install on a new S8500 CM3 and the Web Browser has just stopped working? Everything else is okay but I can't use the web browser??

Anyone any ideas?

what address are you browsing to?

Are you connecting across the customer LAN or from the Services port?

Can you ping the address?

Do you get any error messages?
 
No error messages and did try the services port.

It's all sorted now though - got Avaya to look into it, was some linux file which needed editing???
 
I had the same problem with a S8300, CM3 . To solve this I have installed it a second time from scratch....
