Web Based OTM

Does anyone know anything about issues with logging it to OTM through the web on a LAN? I get to the login screen and enter the user name and password and I get a "Page cannot be displayed" I've changed the password and am certain it isn't a credential thing. I've also tried it on a different PC.

The web browser is up to snuff now. I'm getting a different error. "Unable to authenticate user. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.

Try adding a new user and give it admin rights.
then try logging in

The users are added in the OTM Navigator main window top bar
The admin should have read write capability unless someone changed it.

There is a local group on the OTM server.
Add youself to the ADMINISTRATORS group. Yes your IT gourp will shit their pants, but let them..
There are 3 groups on OTM 2.2
HELPDESK
ADMINISTRATOR
ENDUSER
Thats how you get access to the flavor of sites.
