We have a site that was recently downgraded from R9.1.11 to R9.1.7 because of some odd issues with Group Paging.
Since the downgrade we (BP Admin and onsite Managers) are unable to get the user pages to load when attempting to make changes via the Web Admin portal.

I have used the Embedded File Management to Upload System Files thinking that perhaps the Web Admin pages didn't get copied back oveer to the SD card when the downgrade happened but we're still getting the same result.
The user page loads however it has the overlay of "loading" covering the page and none of the details for the particular user ever populates on the page in order to make any changes.

I have also rebooted the system after reuplading the System Files.

Any ideas what direction to go from here?

Thanks in advance!

Todd

When you downgraded from 9.1.11 to 9.1.7 did you use the upgrade wizard or did you recreate the SD card. Whenever downgrading (or upgrading multiple major releases) I always reformat and recreate the SD card (after backing up config and voicemail of course).

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

I didn't actually do the downgrade myself, but the wizard was used for the process.
So I will probably need to recreate the SD card then?

That would be my suggestion yes.

Use a different browser. Try chrome and firefox.

Remember your training and you will make it back alive!

Just a follow up,
I recreated the SD card as suggested and it corrected the issue. After the SD card was reinstalled in the chassis the system was rebooted and web admin is working correctly now.

Holdmusic34, I had tried using every browser I had available and installed an additional browser to test with and it didn't work with any of them.

Great glad it resolved the issue. Always remember to give a pink star (Great Post! link at the bottom) for any helpful posts.

star for posting resolution.

Try to spend the next 10 seconds not thinking about a blue eyed polar bear.
