Running Citrix Web access ver 3 and users are reporting that the client is timing out while in use. Are there are timeout setting that can be changed? I've changed the broadband 20 minute timeout but the situation is still happening
Check your firewall/router for session connection length. Does it happen for all outside connections? I've heard (in the past) that some ISP's periodically "reset" connections to stop misuse of Internet access. I've been able to stay connected for hours and hours without any modifications to Citrix so I don't think you need to be looking there.
