I have a problem getting Samsung WE Voip to work on my Android cell. I keep getting "Request failed. No response from server" did anyone encounter this problem.

If you are connecting externally, you will have to allow traffic on port 9012 TCP to the MP20 address.

Thanks for the response. I had that port allowed as well as port 80. I'm connected now public and/or private. In both cases( public or private) I have no AUDIO. Any ideas on that please.

Have you also got the voice RTP ports NAtted through? You'll need 30,000 onwards put through to the OAS card (2 ports per MGI port) UDP

Yes. I have IP phones that are working without any problems.
