We just moved a customer's Partner II system from one part of the city to another(less than 15 miles apart)with Centrex lines. Upon reconnecting, the "Recall" feature does not work. When a user hits the recall button, it immediately drops the original caller. The lines are still centrex because they still have to hit a 9 to get outside dialtone. I looked in the book and saw that the Recall Timer Duration(#107)allows you to adjust the time from 25-msec to 2000-msec but I have no idea what the proper timing should be set at. The manual recommends that we set it at 800-msec. Tried that, didn't work. Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance.

Hi FoneDude66,
Try setting the timer at 450 mS or 600 mS. The LEC could tell you what the Flash setting shoud be.

Get with the local provider, when companies move and the local provider moves lines the seem to forget to put the features back on the lines, have had this happen many times.

But if that was the case, then I don't think that they would still have to dial "9" to get outside dial tone. Seems that if one worked, then all would.

In most cases 500-600-700 will do the job for flash. If you have checked all the programming then it almost has to be the local provider.

have you tried flashing with a buttset or 2500 set hooked directly up to the line before it connects to the partner switch ?
