We have taken over a hotel with a 200 icp ax that used to send e911 emails when 911 was dialed. The pbx can send emails out as I tested it by sending out the logs. I'm not sure how the 911 calls are actually being sent out because under the dialing string 911 is programed as local and uses list 5. List 5 only has route 5 in it. Route 5 has trunk group 2, which is their PRI, and digit mod 5 and listed as local. Digit mod 5 has qtd set to 1 which should strip the 9 off and send 11. That shouldn't be able to go anywhere after being sent out the PRI. 911 calls do call out but not sure how. I program a 10 digit number used route 12 with digit mod as 5 and set as emergency to see if it would send the e991 email and it didn't. My question is what triggers the pbx to send out the e911 email?

In FORM 52 program email destination for e911

I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not going to suppose very hard.

I have the email address entered on that form, but it doesn't send any out. I don't know which form to use to make it use those email addresses.
