We are using macola 7.5.3 syspass error appear to us.

We are using macola 7.5.3 with sql 7 "syspass" error appear to us when we have open any module it's will show syspass error and we cannot load any module to work on it.
Please give me advise.

We have deleted in macola\users already but it cannot solve the problem we get another error screen is
Load error :file 'screenu'
error code : 198, pc=0, call=21, seg=0
please advise me to solve.

Please advisee your version of Macola. There is no such thing as version 7.5.3

Are you accessing the server through terminal services or Citrix? Also please confirm that you are running on Pervasive SQL, not Microsoft SQL Server.

Also, where are you located? Why the old version of Macola? Thats 3 year old code.

Also, did anything change recently in terms of the server setup or environment you are running in?

Those old MS SQL versions are full of bugs. You need to bring your installation up to date.
 
102 sql? I'm guessing if it existed in more than beta version, there is probably almost no one running it today. Did your problems start after adding a new workstation? If so, it's time to update the server to 2000/sp3 & the workstations to something like 2000/sp4 or xp/sp1 & the macola to 7.6.100a if you can find it. I'm not convinced 7.6.200 is ready for prime time. Too many problems, at least w/pervasive sites.

We didn't working on beta version. We work on license version for 40 license we buy in USA and thailand and use in all our group. We got problem for the screen error we cannot open any screen to work. However if you have any advise please tell me for more information.

Some event must have occurred between the time it worked & now. Your programs may be corrupted. If so, you can restore the root & programs & screens folders from a backup when it worked. This might be tricky & risky using sql7. How many sql transactional backups do you retain. Do you know that you have successfully restored from tape in the past? Did you somehow change your global drive mappings or permissions or something like that?

If nothing happened, you sound like you need a reseller locally to come out & check out your situation or have someone do a webex meeting or something to resolve ...

Can you revert to english screensets, etc, so that someone stateside can try to help you if you have no local resources?
